Camel tour in Cappadocia

In the Cappadocia region, which has interesting landforms from each other, you will wander the slopes of the valleys with Camel safari. Although camels are slow, they provide a great experience in travelling in Cappadocia.

What time does this activity start and how many hours does it last?

The camel tour has a total duration of 90 minutes. Transfer times are not included in this time. You also have the chance to do the camel tour at any time you want. Whether sunrise, midday or sunset…

For day tours, you can choose to start at any time between 9am – 2pm in the morning.

Sunset tours are held between 15:30 – 17:30 in winter months.

Sunrise tours start with the balloon departure.

Note: For all tours, the pick-up time from your hotel will be notified one day in advance.

Tour Summary

We will pick you up from your hotel with our mini vans at the specified time. After your transfer to the area our guides will inform you about the tour. During the tour, each camel driver will be accompanied by a team mate to ensure a safe ride.

Where will you visit on the tour?

During the tour you will experience the Sword and Rose Valleys in all their detail. In addition, if the sunrise option is preferred, you will also have the opportunity to watch the balloons.

What is included in the tour price?

Pick up from hotel, drop off to hotel, guide service and use of local hats are included in the price.

Photography and optional gratuities.

What should I wear for the camel trek?

In winter we recommend thick clothes that you can move around in comfortably, sunglasses and winter shoes.

In summer we still recommend a jacket over a t-shirt and similar clothing. You can dress according to the weather. If you have sunglasses, we recommend that you wear them. In terms of footwear, it is healthier for everyone to wear sports shoes.
